We are not liable for any delays due to carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier.

However, in the case of shipping to the EU or the US, some consumer protection laws of those countries (e.g., the 14-day withdrawal clause in the EU) may also apply, and this has been additionally specified.
